Join us for a fun, social evening where we can reconnect with RSGC friends and be introduced to some excellent Canadian wines and the cheeses for the 2020 RSGC Cheese Sale.

The evening will be led by Neil Phillips. Neil’s love of wine became a passion as he completed his first wine certification courses at George Brown College a decade ago. Since then, he has received many designations, from The Court of Master Sommeliers and the Society of Wine Educators, amongst others. He has acted as course assistant at George Brown College, and leads wine-tasting events for committed oenophiles. You may also know him from his spouse, RSGC’s own Mardi Michels.
In advance of the evening, you will receive a package of two fine Canadian wines delivered directly to your home. The wines will be accompanied by an array of curated cheeses and charcuterie from The Cheese Boutique, which will highlight the cheese selections in this year’s RSGC Cheese Sale. This is a great opportunity to sample the cheeses before the sale, as we cannot host our usual tastings this fall.
Neil will share a bit about the wine, the grapes, the region and his own impressions – and we’ll all share an interactive evening of tasting and trading impressions. And, of course, socialising!
