We are thrilled to be working with Afrim Pristine '99 and the Cheese Boutique once again for another exclusive and private, Behind the Scenes event for our RSGC alumni and alumni parent community.

You are invited to the Cheese Boutique for an incredible after hours experience. For anyone who has been to his family's store, or who has participated in one of our previous events, you will know what a unique opportunity this is...and one that is not offered to the public. Afrim will open the doors of the Cheese Boutique for the first 100 people who register.

Time: 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Location: Cheese Boutique, 45 Ripley Avenue, Toronto, ON M6S 3P2
Tickets: $150/person (a value $250/person)

Mingle with other guests while enjoying five interactive food stations featured around the store. Tour the store, explore the cheese vault and have coffee and dessert in the CB Bottega at the end of the evening. If you know Afrim, this will be a full dinner...and then some.

Menu:

• Cheese and charcuterie
• Freshly shucked oysters and shrimp cocktail
• Torn bufala mozzarella with pan roasted grapes, aged 20-year balsamic vinaigrette with Marcona almonds, basil and mint. 
• Cacio e pepe ravioli with a special cheese blend and fresh black truffle
• Beef bourguignon, Caesar salad and garlic mashed potatoes
• Mini house-made desserts and coffee (in the CB Bottega)

To complement the food, there will be an open bar featuring Prosecco, 2021 Passerina Testarossa, 2019 Pristine Cuvee Cabernet France, a Stratus and Cheese Boutique collaboration, Stella Artois beer, and gin and tonics. We will also have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages for our guests.

Everyone who attends will also be able to shop and Afrim has extended his family discount of 15% off all purchases (including the CB Bottega). This is a great opportunity to stock up on unique holiday gifts and treats.
