Health Education

At RSGC, Health education goes beyond the basics to support the whole student. From emotional regulation to digital well-being and healthy relationships, our program helps students navigate life with confidence and care.
At RSGC, Health classes are thoughtfully integrated into the weekly schedule to support students’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. Grounded in a developmentally appropriate and relational approach, our Health curriculum explores topics such as emotional regulation, digital well-being, healthy relationships, sleep and nutrition, consent and safety, and strategies for managing stress and anxiety.

Through open dialogue, reflective activities, and real-life case studies, students build self-awareness, practice empathy, and gain the skills needed to make informed, responsible decisions. Health education at RSGC complements our broader focus on student well-being, helping boys grow into confident, compassionate, and self-aware individuals.
