The Advanced Computer Engineering School (ACES) offers Grade 10-12 students a unique project-based electrical engineering curriculum supporting creative problem solving through doing. It’s rooted in the belief that the future will require deep thinkers that possess the ability to design, engineer, and communicate technical solutions to their community's problems. This program also develops imagination, collaboration, and resilience skills alongside the preparation for post-secondary study of software, electrical, or computer engineering. ACES classes take place in RSGC’s Design Engineering Studio.
The Advanced Computer Engineering School (ACES) Hall of Fame, supported by our parent patrons, recognizes RSGC students who have shown outstanding dedication to the field of computer engineering.
Since 2006, the Hard Hat Award has been presented to graduating ACES who have completed three years of study within the program.
We take special pride in those alumni who continue to pursue challenging and rewarding work in this field after graduation.
We are especially proud when an ACES graduate is selected by the College as a Schulich Leader Scholar—a prestigious honor recognizing Canada’s most promising STEM students.
