Senior School Parent-Teacher Conferences will occur virtually on Thursday, November 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, November 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Online bookings commence Monday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m. 

 

To book your appointments once the system becomes available (on Monday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m.), please log into the RSGC Portal and click on the "Pick-A-Time Booking System" tile. This will take you directly to our online booking tool, "Pick-A-Time."

 

Once you have launched the scheduler and selected your preferred date, in the centre of your screen, you should see your son's name followed by a grid with several times and coloured squares. Each coloured square represents an available meeting time, and the times are listed in the left-hand column of the grid.

 

To the left of the centre grid, you will see a legend. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which colour. Click on a coloured square in the centre grid to book a particular teacher at a certain time, then when prompted, click "Create Appointment" to confirm. Repeat this process until you have booked a time with each teacher you would like to meet.

 

After you have booked your conference meeting(s), for subsequent visits, the system will know about your appointments.

 

At any time, you can click on "print schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.

 

Changes to your schedule can be made up to 24 hours prior to an appointment. There will be links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.

 

Please note that each teacher will have their own Google Meet link that parents will use to enter the interview at the designated time. The link will appear in your printed or emailed booking confirmation as the room location. As teachers will be conducting, monitoring and "admitting" parents to the interviews simultaneously, we ask parents to be patient and respect their allotted time. At the end of your interview, the teacher you are speaking with will need to move on and speak with the next parent. Thank you!

 

Recommended browsers for interviews are Firefox and Chrome. Please copy and paste or type each link URL into one of these browsers a few minutes before your interview.

 

Please note: not all subject teachers have enough interview slots to accommodate all parents. If you are unable to set up an interview with a teacher and would like to speak to them, please let us know.
