At RSGC, Pride is more than a single month or symbolic gesture; it reflects a year-round commitment to building an inclusive and affirming community where every student feels seen, valued, and supported. Flying the Pride Flag on campus is one visible sign of our values, but the ongoing work of celebrating and supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ students, families, and staff happens every day.
Each October, the entire school participates in Pride Week, a joyful and meaningful celebration of identity, diversity, and allyship. The week features student-led activities, guest speakers, classroom conversations, and community events that invite reflection, celebration, and connection. It is one of the many ways RSGC fosters a culture of belonging and respectful dialogue.
Both the Junior and Senior Schools have active Pride and GSA (Gender and Sexuality Alliance) clubs, where students gather to share experiences, support one another, and lead initiatives that promote understanding and inclusion throughout the school community.
At RSGC, Pride is a reflection of who we are and the values we uphold together.
