Making potstickers and fresh rolls with Vanessa Yeung

I always look forward to hosting the guest chefs in the Petits Chefs programme especially Vanessa Yeung. This part of the Petits Chefs programme is such a huge part of its success –  guest chefs, cookbook authors, food enthusiasts who share their time and expertise with the club by working with the boys at school or in their kitchens. Since I launched this piece of the program in the spring of 2011, the boys have worked with SO many amazing people in the Toronto food community and every week I am so grateful for their generosity.

Vanessa is a bit of a legend though because she this week was back to work with the boys this week for her FIFTEENTH visit!  Read about the boys' session working with Vanessa here.
