Making palmiers!

The boys did a GREAT job this week making palmiers from "In the French kitchen with kids". A traditional after school snack made from puff pastry and sugar, palmiers can be made in a few different shapes and the boys tried their hand at rolling and folding the dough. The puff pastry is challenging to work with because you need to keep it as cool as possible and the boys worked quickly but neatly! As you can see, they did a wonderful job and I know they all enjoyed eating them!
