Hot Docs Film Screening Cocktail Reception

Hot Docs - Ted Rogers Theatre, 506 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON

The holiday season is over and spring is still weeks away, so get a jump on beating those winter blues and lift your spirits with good friends, a good film and good food.

Parent Connections is back with our next exciting event - Hollywood Night. Mix and mingle with RSGC current and alumni parents at the 3rd Annual Hot Docs evening on February 12 for a screening of What She Said: The Art of Pauline Kael

Kael was the controversial film critic for The New Yorker from 1968-1991. She was charismatic, witty, incisive – and highly divisive. Her decades-long berth at The New Yorker energized her fans and infuriated her detractors on a weekly basis. Voiced by Sarah Jessica Parker, featuring commentary from an array of influential directors from Wes Anderson to Quentin Tarantino, the documentary will shed light on this remarkable – and controversial – public figure.

Join us for cocktails and lots of delicious food from 5:00-6:00 pm. Screening begins at 6:30 pm - popcorn included.
