RSGC’s Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive
Our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive drive is in full swing! This year our goal was to collect 70 turkeys, and we exceeded that by more than double. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we collected 140 turkeys and 45 turkey rolls.
They will be delivered today to Our Place Community of Hope, Friday Food Ministries, Romero House, Red Door, The Common Table (Church of the Redeemer), St. John’s the Compassionate Mission, Youth Without Shelter, and The Compass.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this season brighter for others. Our eight community partners across the GTA have said that the donations will help provide over 1,600 meals for the guests in their programs this Thanksgiving Weekend.
