Back to the 80’s? Sometimes I feel like I’m still there…
Back in the 80’s I was a student at RSGC. John Allen was Headmaster and we all sang along to "Don't You Forget About Me". I'm still living down the results of my "Sun In" phase.
Proceeds from the gala will support the final phase of the Junior School Redevelopment Plan, which will focus on our Middle School.
The final phase includes the creation of flexible learning space to enhance programming for our students. The central collaboration space will be completed to allow for dynamic, collaborative teaching and learning, expanding initiatives like our signature Passion and Action Projects. This construction will be completed during the summer of 2019.
The College continues to focus on the funding of scholarships for boys who otherwise would not be able to afford an RSGC education through the Manners Maketh Men Scholarship and Bursary Fund. A portion of the gala proceeds will also fund this very important program.
I want to thank everyone in our community who will have a part in the success of this event —from Julie Dreger and Cindy Barkway and their enthusiastic committee, the generous sponsors, donors and the auction items, to all the guests who attend, bid and enjoy the event, and the faculty, staff and students who will have a few surprises for us that night.
See you at Rebel!
