RSGC’s New Attitude to Food!
Our goal is to create nutritionally balanced, delicious meals centered around young boys tastes and to foster healthy eating habits. Kelly Yarrow, a Red Seal Chef, Cory and Thelma return to deliver smiles and delicious food in our Ketchum Hall kitchen.
Our aim at wholesome, low sodium meals that appeal to the boys has been met with great success. We have streamlined the service of our hot station, and are getting the boys through in record speed. In addition to our hot entrée, there is a fully stocked salad bar, fresh soup, and a sandwich option available daily. Great new entrees include sweet Thai chicken stirfry with Jasmine rice, three cheese or pepperoni pizza on herb flatbread, whole wheat spaghetti & meatball marinara with garlic toast and tandoori chicken wrap with East Indian potato salad.
If your son chooses to forego the meal deal, we have the New Retail Centre. We have replaced high sugar, low nutritional items with healthier choice items. In addition to this we have added the ‘Kelly Card’, a re-loadable debit card that can be re-loaded at the Dragon’s Lair.
