The Guild Library is located on the 3rd floor of the Senior School. The primary focus of the library is to meet the research needs of staff and students at RSGC and to encourage a life-long love of reading.
The Library is open to students throughout the day for the purpose of research and quiet study. The Library computer lab provides students with access to computers before and after school in addition to regular school hours. Library staff are available to assist students in using computer technology. Special programmes run through the Library include Authors' Week and the Birthday Book Program.
Resources include print and non-print materials and computerized access to information. The Library subscribes to a number of electronic research tools which, along with the Library catalogue, can be accessed from any networked computer in the Junior and Senior School buildings. The Library maintains a Web page which links students to our electronic subscriptions, other libraries resources and a selection of helpful web sites. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
